3D Fiberglass Fabric is a specialized fiberglass braided fabric composed of two surface layers interconnected by vertical yarns or piles. This unique structure creates a three-dimensional architecture, enhancing mechanical properties such as shear resistance and structural integrity.
It exhibits excellent compatibility with common composite resins, including polyester, vinylester, and epoxy. This makes it widely applicable in various hand lay-up manufacturing processes for producing high-performance components, such as:
- Marine structures (hulls, decks, etc.)
- Double-wall tanks and storage systems
- Automotive parts (body panels, chassis components)
- Railway vehicle interiors and structural elements
- Sports equipment (surfboards, ski frames, etc.)

Application Instructions:
Fiber-Resin Ratio: 1:0.9 to 1:1.52.
- Apply approximately 40% of the desired resin quantity evenly onto the surface of the mold.
- Place the 3D sandwich woven fabric into the resin layer and use a bristle roller to firmly roll the fabric from the center outward, ensuring full resin penetration and eliminating air bubbles.
- Apply the remaining resin onto the fabric surface.
- Roll the top surface of the fabric to achieve a smooth finish. Rolling in the weft direction can maximize the final thickness.
Note: The above information is for reference only. Due to product variety and diverse application conditions, all parameters should be appropriately adjusted according to specific user requirements.
Technical Specifications:
- Standard Width: 1270 mm
- Maximum Width: 1650 mm
- Maximum Thickness: 25 mm
- Pile density and height can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
