Linear motion bearings consist of an outer cylinder, ball retainer, balls, and two end rings. The ball retainer—holding the balls in recirculating tracks—is secured inside the outer cylinder by the end rings. These components are precision-assembled to optimize functional coordination. The outer cylinder undergoes heat treatment to achieve sufficient hardness, ensuring the bushing’s extended service life and reliable durability.
